lot pride in our products and service! If you are experiencing a problem with a NAUTISMART PRO
purchase, please take a minute to read the information below to determine if your issue is covered
under the NAUTISMART PRO warranty.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE*: (NAUTISMART PRO Webstore Purchases)

We want you to be totally satisfied about the products you purchase from NAUTISMART PRO’s webstore
at nautismart.net . If at any time within 14 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied,
you may return it to us for a refund*. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not
covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Also,
associated shipping fees are not refundable. NOTE: this guarantee only applies to orders placed on
NAUTISMART PRO’s webstore at nautismart.net .

*Money Back Guarantee excludes the following products: wet lenses, base mounts, chest mounts and
hand shooting handle. You may return undamaged NAUTISMART PRO purchased from NAUTISMART
PRO.s webstore within 30 days of receipt if you are not 100% satisfied. To qualify for a refund, return
your NAUTISMART PRO product in the ORIGINAL box, including wet lens support arm, arm screw, EVA
case, instructions and other components. All merchandise must be in like new condition. Shipping
charges may apply.

NAUTISMART PRO WEBSTORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

If you bought your product directly from nautismart.net , and you are not satisfied with your purchase
within the conditions described in the above Money Back Guarantee, you can return it following the
below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

  1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from NAUTISMART PRO Customer
    Support by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom left of the main nautismart.net page.
  2. Package products along with a copy of the RMA form.
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address based on
    your specific location: (items must be received by us within 14 days of issuing the RMA):

    WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:
    Bluebox srl will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing
    defect that is covered by the warranty below.
  4. BEFORE sending anything back to us, please contact our Customer Support Team by clicking on the
    Contact Us link at the bottom right of the main nautismart.net . We are often able to solve the
    problem quickly via email.
  5. If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you
    will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  6. Prepare a package to return to us.
  7. Please include your original receipt and a clearly written explanation of the problem
  8. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address based on
    your specific location.

Returns that don’t qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to customers. It is vital that you communicate with NAUTISMART PRO’s Customer Support Team before sending in your return. NAUTISMART PRO WARRANTY:

The statutory – legal guarantee covers the productions defects of the products and of the accessories
NAUTISMART PRO for a period of 2 years from the original purchase day and this guarantee can be
enforced by the consumer within 2 months from the discovery of the defect. We suggest, for this reason,
to keep your receipt (tax receipt at purchase) or other similar document received when you pick up the
product. In case of conformity defect, the consumer is entitled, at its own discretion, to the repair or the
substitution of the defected products by the seller, without any additional cost, save if the requested
remedy is not possible or too much expensive in respect of the other. The above applies ONLY to
consumers as defined by the Law.

Damages deriving from the use or from an accident or caused by the natural wear and tear do not fall
within this guarantee or other guarantees. Bluebox srl denies any responsibility deriving from incidental
or consequential damages caused by the misuse of the products or its components. The guarantee
does not cover the loss of the box and the damages which can derive from such loss and also those
potential errors made by the users when closing the housing. Please read and follow carefully the
instructions for the hermetic closure of the housing.
